That By-law 2020-096, a by-law to amend By-law 2020-011 the Town of Oakville Procedure By-law to allow Members of Council and to allow delegates to appear via electronic means during non-emergency situations attached as Appendix A to the report from the Clerk’s department, be passed. 2. That any notice requirement in accordance with the Public Notice and Engagement Policy be waived.
