That the request from the Downtown Oakville Business Improvement Area to exceed their 2020 budget by up to $200,000 be approved. 2. That the Town Treasurer and Town Solicitor be authorized to enter into a loan agreement with the Downtown Oakville Business Improvement Area to provide up to $200,000 for the purchase of holiday decorations.
