1. That Heritage Permit Application HP009/26-42.20F for tree removals within the 194 Front Street right-of-way, as attached in Appendix C to the report dated May 12, 2026 from Planning & Development, be approved subject to the final details on tree replanting, including tree species and the possibility of incorporating a retaining wall, which will be implemented by Parks and Open Space in consultation with Heritage Planning staff. 2. That this heritage permit expires two years from the date of final approval by Council.
