That the minutes of the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of September 14 2023, be approved.

That the report dated December 5, 2023, entitled Site Plan Review, from the Planning department, be received.

1. That the report dated December 5, 2023, entitled 2023 Annual Accessibility Status Update, from the Clerk’s department, be received. 2. That the 2023 Annual Accessibility Status Update be endorsed.

1. That the staff report, Street Name Sign Size and Curb Slope Treatments from the Transportation and Engineering Department, dated December 5, 2023, be received. 2. That the options to increase the sign and font heights on the street name signs at signalized intersections and install these signs as part of LED replacement program as set out within this report, be included for consideration as part of the 2025 budget process.

That the Accessibility Advisory Committee’s 2023 Accomplishments and proposed 2024 Workplan be endorsed.

That the information item(s) be received.
