That the Health and Safety report be received for information.

That the 2022 Budget Drivers report be received.

That the HR-007 Occupational Health, Safety and Workplace Violence Policy be received for information and comment.

That CEO Update report be received for information.

That the Oakville Public Library Board resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of dealing with labour relations or employee negotiations in relation to Item 7.1 – Labour Relations Update and for the purpose of dealing with personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees with respect to New Business Item 8.1 – Personal Matter about an Identifiable Individual.

That the verbal update from the CEO regarding Labour Relations be recieved.

That clause #2 as noted in the confidential report from the Commissioner of Community Services, be approved.

That this meeting be adjourned.
