Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of January 23, 2023, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP001/23-42.20R for the demolition of the existing rear wing and the construction of a new rear addition with integral garage at 167 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated February 14, 2023 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: That final details on the cladding, roofing, windows and doors be submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; That the historic wood windows on the house remain in place; That the roofs of the heritage house remain finished in asphalt shingles; That the roofs of the new addition be finished in asphalt shingles, except for the east dormer and the north garage overhang which can be finished in standing seam metal roofing material; and That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
