Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee

That a Notice of Intention to Designate be issued under section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 376 Chartwell Road.

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of June 24, 2025, be approved.

1. That Heritage Permit Application HP026/25-42.20R for the construction of a one-storey rear addition at 250 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated September 9, 2025, from Planning and Development, be approved subject to the following: a. That final details on the new cladding, windows and doors be submitted to staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expires two years from the date of final approval by Council.

1. That Heritage Permit Application HP028/25-42.20F for the demolition of the existing house and detached garage and the construction of a new two-storey house at 181 Front Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated September 9, 2025, from the Planning and Development Department, be approved subject to: a. The approval of final details on the new cladding, windows, doors and landscaping by staff; b. The approval of the two Committee of Adjustment minor variances (considered at the September 5, 2025 Ontario Land Tribunal hearing) by the Ontario Land Tribunal; and 2. That this heritage permit expires two years from the date of final approval by Council.
