That the appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board of Committee of Adjustment Decision CAV A/030/2017, 377 Morden Road, attached as Appendix B to the report dated March 9, 2017, from the Legal department, be confirmed; and 2. That the Town Solicitor or his designate be authorized to pursue the Appeal in accordance with the position set out in Appendix C attached to the report dated March 9, 2017, from the Legal department.
