That the Town not participate in the appeal by John Greenwood before the Ontario Municipal Board regarding Committee of Adjustment Decision C.A.V. A/034/2011 (1130 Morrison Heights Drive).

That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-11001) submitted by Crystal Home Corporation, prepared by Marcus Nouwens, Ashenhurst Nouwens Ltd., dated February 17, 2011, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-044-11.
