That the Legal Department be authorized to proceed in the appeal filed with the Ontario Municipal Board to oppose the decision of the Committee of Adjustment approving the application of a minor variance in C.A.V. A/042/2012 (346 Watson Avenue). 2. That staff be authorized to negotiate and finalize a settlement, if possible, to the satisfaction of the Town Solicitor and Director of Planning Services. 3. That the Town Solicitor and Director of Planning Services be authorized to execute minutes of settlement and any other requisite documents to implement the settlement.

That staff be authorized to finalize a settlement consistent with the principles described in the confidential report from the Legal Department dated April 25, 2012, to the satisfaction of the Town Solicitor and Director of Planning Services. 2. That the Town Solicitor and Director of Planning Services be authorized to execute minutes of settlement and any other requisite documents to implement the settlement.

That report PD-031-12, Burlington Official Plan Amendment No. 55 dated April 11, 2012, be received.

That report PD019-12, Public Meeting and Recommendation Report, Proposed Official Plan Amendment to the Livable Oakville Plan (Housekeeping Matters), dated March 15, 2012, be received.

That By-law 2012-027, a by-law to adopt Official Plan Amendment Number 1 to the Livable Oakville Official Plan, be passed as revised by the changes outlined in report PD-034-12. 2. That the revisions to By-law 2012-027 are minor in nature and no further notice is required.

That the Zoning By-law Amendment application (File Z.1230.01), submitted by Bot Holdings Limited, be approved and Zoning By-law 2012-038 be passed, as revised.
