That the Town not participate in the appeal by Karen Anderson before the Ontario Municipal Board regarding Committee of Adjustment Decision C.A.V. A/163/2010 (77 Barringham Drive).

That the application submitted by Fox Farm Developments Inc. (File Z.1430.25) to remove the Holding “H” Provision from the lands be approved. 2. That By-law 2011-043 a by-law to remove the Holding “H” Provision from the subject lands be passed.

That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10009) prepared by Cunningham McConnell Limited, Ontario Land Surveyors, dated March 18, 2010, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-036-11.
