That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005, submitted by Film.ca Cinemas Inc., Site Plan File Number: SP. 1616.065/01SV, to permit a 3.3 m2 electronic message board on both sides of an existing ground sign, in accordance with the plans submitted in Appendix C, be approved, subject to the following conditions: a) the minimum display time for any electronic message, without movement or change in colour, shall be 60 minutes; b) the intensity of the illumination shall be maintained at a constant level; c) electronic message board shall be turned off during non‑business hours; and d) the electronic message shall be limited to letter and number format and be exclusively related to the Film.ca business (no third party advertising).
