Site Plan Committee Meeting

That the minutes of the Site Plan Committee meeting of May 8, 2018, be approved.

That the revised application dated May 16, 2018 for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005, as amended, submitted by Permit World Inc. on behalf of Chartwell Waterford Retirement Residence., Site Plan File Number: SP. 1430.041/01SV, to permit three fascia signs and one ground sign within a residential zone on Baronwood Drive, be approved subject to the following conditions: a) That the applicant submits securities to the satisfaction of Planning Services staff equivalent to the replanting of three coniferous trees (min. 200 cm in height) behind 2176 Baronwood Drive in the locations as shown on the approved landscape plan for the associated development (File No.: SP 1430.014/03). The securities shall be released upon the successful replanting of these three trees.

That the revised application dated May 15, 2018 for a variance to Sign By-law 2006-005, as amended, submitted by Permit World Consulting Services Inc. on behalf of Roczamb Holdings Ltd., Site Plan File Number: SP.1617.056/02SV, to permit four ground signs (Signs 1, 2, 3, and 4), in accordance with the plans submitted in Appendix B, be approved.

That the application SP 1631.028/01 to construct a detached dwelling be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2018, from Planning Services.

That the application SP 1631.029/01 to construct a detached dwelling be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2018, from Planning Services.

That the application SP 1631.030/01 to construct a detached dwelling be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2018, from Planning Services.
