That staff be requested to report back to a future Planning and Development Council meeting that revises the North Oakville East Trails Plan to reflect the Subcommittee’s vision of first priority to the protection and enhancement of the Natural Heritage System; 2. That staff consider no trails through the core areas in consultation with Conservation Halton; 3. That Conservation Halton be consulted through an Environmental Implementation Review (EIR) stage; and 4. That staff be requested to provide a general sense of the number of ‘B’ type trails in the NHS and the specific process for their creation.
