That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005, as amended, submitted by Oakville Cornwall Investment for the Shops of Oakville South (File SP.1611.030/02SV) to permit two ground signs along the frontage of the property at 463-499 Cornwall Road be approved subject to the following conditions: That the signs be turned off between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.; and That arrangements be made for the planting of additional trees by the developer, including payment for same, in the rear yard of 476 Caesar Avenue, to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning Services, to a maximum payment of $3,000.
