That the following recommendation as prepared by Planning staff to meet the Councillors concerns be approved: “That the owner revise the Landscape Plan, the Tree Canopy Cover Plan and Site Plan by illustrating three (3) appropriately sized coniferous trees along the easterly side lot, in the general location of the three (3) trees as identified in the Arborist’s Report for removal, to the satisfaction of the Director of Development Engineering; and further, that Tree No. 1 that is in close proximity to the lake, that has been identified for removal, be retained.”
